These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Belqa (“Provider”) through the Belqa platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Acceptance of Terms 1.1. By using the Belqa platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 1.2. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to this Agreement.
Account Registration 2.1. In order to access and use the Belqa platform, you may need to create an account. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activities conducted through your account. 2.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update any changes to your account information.
Intellectual Property 3.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Belqa platform and its content, belong to the Provider or its licensors. 3.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Belqa platform without prior written consent from the Provider.
Data Privacy 4.1. The Provider respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 4.2. By using the Belqa platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Service Usage and Restrictions 5.1. You agree to use the Belqa platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 5.2. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the integrity or performance of the Belqa platform. 5.3. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Belqa platform or its systems.
Disclaimer of Warranty 6.1. The Belqa platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Provider does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 6.2. The Provider disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability 7.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Belqa platform. 7.2. The total liability of the Provider for any claim arising from or related to the Belqa platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the platform.
Termination 8.1. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Belqa platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. 8.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will cease to exist, and you must immediately cease using the Belqa platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
Amendments 10.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Belqa platform. 10.2. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Belqa platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
